Sponsor the Oni Foundation at the 2026 Maui Charity Walk!

Updated: May 2

At the Oni Foundation, we are dedicated to perpetuating the multicultural heritage of Hawaiʻi through dance and arts. From our Wonderful World of Aloha center at Queen Kaʻahumanu Center, we provide accessible cultural education that bridges the gap between residents and visitors.

We are excited to announce our participation in the 47th Annual Visitor Industry Charity Walk on Saturday, May 9, 2026. This iconic Maui event brings our community together to raise vital funds for local nonprofits.

Here are a few ways you can get involved:

  1. Register as a walker for a beautiful morning of fun, food, prizes and entertainment for $50.

  2.  Become a corporate sponsor and be featured on our social media and website. Read on to learn more.

We are seeking corporate sponsors to pledge support for our team.

Your partnership is uniquely powerful because:

  • 100% Impact: Every dollar raised by our team stays right here in Maui County to benefit our local community.

  • Matching Funds: The Hawaii Lodging & Tourism Association (HLTA) provides a percentage match for the funds we raise, significantly amplifying your contribution.

  • Community Visibility: Your sponsorship showcases your commitment to preserving Maui’s rich cultural fabric to thousands of participants and residents.

We are seeking pledges in suggested amounts of $250, $500, or $1,000 to help us reach our $5,000 goal. In appreciation of your support, we would be honored to feature your logo on our team shirts and highlight your business on social media and our website.

To confirm your sponsorship or learn more, please contact David Whitney, Executive Director, at 808-214-2337 or david@onifoundation.org. You can also find more information about the event on our official Maui Charity Walk page.

Mahalo nui loa for your time and for helping us keep the "Wonderful World of Aloha" thriving for future generations.
